The first Day	1.       MOLDFLOW basic presentation: includes function introduction in brief 、design thought 、flow analysis、CAD software interface and so on  . 2.       Flow analysis demonstrate by means of example. 3.       MOLDFLOW and CAD software interface, file exchange means 4.       Injection mold design principle 5.       Eligible model standard （mesh） and checking adjusting means 6.       Runner, gate creating means and outline 7.       Exercise and resolve
The second Day	1.       Flow analysis goal and want input condition 2.       Part mold preparation（Midplane、Fusion） 3.       Carry out flow analysis, result evaluation, reason analysis, looking for the best gate.  4.       Injection system, runner balance analysis   5.       Complete flow analysis, goal evaluation and explanation in detail 6.        Exercise and resolve	Function section MPI/FLOW，flow analysis（Fill）
The third Day	1.       Packing analysis goal、input condition , result evaluation 2.       Confirm packing curve means and example analysis 3.       Cooling analysis goal, input condition, result evaluation 4.       Teaching cooling system creation 5.       Cooling analysis process 6.       Exercise and resolve	Function section MPI/FLOW、MPI/COOL， Pack , Cool analysis
The  fourth Day	1.       FG warp deformation reason, warp deformation analysis goal and input condition 2.       Complete warp deformation analysis,, result evaluation explanation in detail 3.       Exercise and resolve	Function section MPI/WARP，warp deformation analysis
The  Fifth Day	1.       Report creation and amendment 2.       MPI soft menu command 3.       Material database creation 4.       Advanced option 5.       Exercise 6.       Summary, resolve 7.       Report creation and amendment	menu command and option explanation in detail  , summary , resolve

Insert mold flow analysis , overmolding mold flow analysis

Mold flow analysis database file edit and creation

Mold flow analysis and mold trial( Only after 1-2month ,we shall have chance to try mold for comparing field and theory).
